  15. Has anyone else noticed reconnect problems using Win95's Dial-up 
  16. Networking?  Unless I power off the machine, I can't get another 
  17. connection after I hang up from an initial PPP session.

  19. Strangely, connections to MSN work fine.  I'm using a Prometheus 
  20. internal 14.4 and all worked perfectly under Win95 for over a month.
